Our Building Process:

1. Solid Foundation

Everything begins with the meticulous preparation of the land and the creation of a robust concrete slab — the foundation on which your new home will stand.

On top of the foundation, we assemble a high-quality laminated wood support structure. This material not only provides outstanding structural strength but is also a renewable and sustainable resource.

3. Smart Perimeter Enclosure

To ensure the solidity and insulation of your home, we cover the structure with OSB/3 panels on the façade and reinforce the roof. This enclosure provides an excellent base for the following layers.

4. Clean Integration of Installations

A key aspect of our efficiency is the integration of electrical and plumbing installations directly into the structure, eliminating the need for tedious and costly wall chases. This streamlines the process and minimizes waste.

5. Waterproof and Durable Roof

Protection against the elements is essential. That’s why we waterproof the roof with two layers: one of high-density extruded insulation and another of self-protecting, heat-sealed asphalt membrane — ensuring complete and long-lasting watertightness.

6. High-Performance Exterior Insulation

We prioritize energy efficiency from the very beginning. We apply high-performance perimeter insulation on the exterior of the home, minimizing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.

7. Ventilated Façade Option and Vapor Management

To ensure a healthy and comfortable home, we install a Tyvek membrane in the ventilated façade for optimal water vapor management — protecting the structure and improving indoor air quality. Afterwards, we apply the chosen façade finishes, customizing the exterior appearance of your home.

8. Customized Interior Finishes

Inside, we take care of every detail. We install high-quality ceramic tiling in wet areas (bathrooms and kitchen) and carry out the installation of custom-made cabinets and kitchens, designed according to your preferences and needs.
